PRESENTED: District 24 Proposed Elementary and Middle School Rezoning Plan for Implementation during the 2014-2015 School Year

Proposal Information

The Department of Education (DOE) is proposing to rezone the area surrounding P.S./I.S. 49, P.S./I.S. 128, P.S./I.S. 102, and I.S. 73 in an effort to reduce P.S./I.S. 49’s zone size and reduce the need to overflow students from P.S. 49.

The Community Education Council for District 24 will vote on this proposed rezoning plan during their monthly Calendar meeting on November 26, 2013. You can download informational resources using the links below.
