            Enclosed for your review is the February Financial Status Report (FSR).  This interim report includes updates to the operating budget, year-to-date expenditures and headcount data.  A summary of the recently released January Financial Plan is included on page 4. 

            The next FSR, scheduled to be released in early April, will include the second fiscal analysis for the year.
