I would like to thank this teacher because I was new to the school and she made me feel at home. I also was far below grade level expectancy. Ms. Ayeni worked and inspired me in such a way that when I left PS 246 I scored a 9th grade reading level on the state exams. Ms. Ayeni and I kept in touch until recently when she retired from the DOE. Ms. Ayeni inspired me so much that now I am a teacher. I only hope that I can be just as good of a teacher as she was to me.
