After pursuing a course in Leadership during my freshman year, I was enthused about viewing my future without these limits. During this course, Mr. Burley would not only elaborate on leadership styles and conflict negotiation but also personally work with each student towards developing goals for high school and beyond. I would like to thank Mr. Burley for recognizing that in every student lives the potential to be better, and for his support in our personal, professional, and academic growth. Never have I come across a human that views life with such optimism, and strives to bless others with his knowledge through both patience and sincerity. He gives his students limitless opportunities to grow, but simultaneously ensures that we works towards our goals fairly through perseverance. Above all, I feel the obligation to say thank you to Mr. Burley because he teaches his student what goes beyond equations and formulas-indispensible lessons of life and leadership.
