She's gentle and kind, yet firm and fair. Most para's have a HORRIBLE reputation of not having the needed EXTRA patience required for behaviorally challenged kids (why do they go out of their way to specialize in this, not sure anyone knows?) However her maturity, knowledge, experience as a parent have been beneficial for my child, others kids in the class and for the teacher as well.
