Mr. Constable is that teacher who has sold out to education. His concern for his students surpasses all others. He has that way with children that makes them want to learn and do better for themselves and their families. He motivates his students to push until something positive happens to increase their academic achievement. He never forgets his students after they have moved up. His follow up is incredible. What a mighty man. He's changing lives one student at a time. Great Job Mr. Constable!
