She has since retired, but I am always thankful for my daughter being in her class. Mrs. Phillips played a crucial role in the development and progress my daughter made while at PS 46. My daughter was quiet, but Mrs. Phillips helped her get over hurdles by offering stickers, and rewards so my daughter would begin to talk and feel more comfortable. My daughter is now at IS 266 - a 6th grader and she has made significant strides because of this wonderful teacher. THANK YOU AGAIN.
