Aside from the fact that he was my favorite teacher growing up, he inspired me to become a teacher as well. His lessons were always creative and engaging. He had a way of making the students feel good about themselves. He pushed us to do our best but never crossed the line. I thought it was cool that he was a Knicks fan and had season tickets. Mr. Pirro is the type of teacher who I can someday become. Thanks.
