I would like to thank Mrs. Spero for always being a classy, nice lady. I'd like to also thank her for expecting the girls and boys in her class to be just as classy as she was. We were not allowed to make excuses for being anything but the best students that we could be. The amazing thing is that she did this without yelling or intimidating. Knowing that Mrs. Spero would be disappointed if you did the wrong thing was enough to keep many of us from getting into trouble. Former students still speak of her and Mr. Cook (another 5th grade teacher) like it was just yesterday that we were in their classes and nothing but positive words are spoken! They helped shape many lives in West Brighton. Thanks a million!
