He is an excellent and caring teacher who makes the effort to motivate each student. I believe he makes each student feel they can achieve and work together. My son really dislikes school and was so unhappy. His worst subject as always been English, he hates to write. His handwriting is very sloppy and he tries to avoid it. My son actually enjoyed going to Mr. Ward's class. He did his work and did not feel embarrased of his writing because Mr. Ward never put him down for it. He always encouraged him.
