Overview
Local Law 12 of 2023 requires NYC agencies to develop and implement a five-year accessibility plan. This plan describes current and future efforts to address accessibility related issues for individuals with disabilities.

accordance with Local Law 12, NYCPS Local Law 12 Plan, for the time frame 2024–2028, is available for public
viewing.
Accessibility Progress Report (2024-2025)
As part of Local Law 12 of 2023, NYC agencies must publish annual progress reports to showcase their achievements in improving accessibility.
Accessibility Progress Report (2025-2026)
In further compliance of New York City Local Law 12 of 2023, NYC agencies must publish annual accessibility progress reports. This report is New York City Public Schools’ second annual progress report and outlines ongoing efforts to improve accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
